New Roof

November 7, 2018

The new roof on Ballycumber Community Centre and GAA Clubrooms was completed during this week and looks very well. As a result of the new roof the Clubroom has doubled in size and when finished will be a welcome addition to our facilities. The installation of three windows on the pitch side, offer an excellent view over the pitch. A big thank you to Hastie Ltd, Julianstown, Co. Meath, who removed the old asbestos roof and to Irish Netting Systems, Ballinalee, Co. Longford who erected the new Kingspan roof and to Ollie Murray who carried out all the building work. Brosna Gaels man Liam Buckley representing Smith Bros, Tullamore had the new windows installed. The members of the Clubs Facilities Group [ Liam Hackett, Jim Kelly, Michael Guinan as well as Secretary Dermot Horan and Chairman Eamonn Larkin ]were on site every day to ensure everything went smoothly.
