Plans are at a advanced stage for the 125 celebration weekend on the 25th and 26th October. Following mass in Rockfield church on Saturday 25th October a function will take place in the Mountain Inn. A legends game between the 2005 and current senior panel will take place on Sunday in Nace O Dowd park , also taking place are Exibition games with all our underage players. Afterwards in St.Nathy's Hall club photographs and memorabilia from the past will be on display. This is followed on Sunday night by a Gala Dinner Dance, in the Sligo Park Hotel. Tickets are 35 euro and are now available from Joanne O Grady, Mary Davey or any commitee member.
The October monthly meeting will take place on Tuesday 7thOctober at 9.30pm, in St.Nathy's Hall.
Our senior team are in a play off against Shamrock Gaels to gain promotion to next years Division 1, after a win over Castleconnor in the league on Saturday. The final score was 1-19 to 0-5.
The Junior team had a good win over Calry in the championship, the full time score was 1-18 to 1-9.
Our U-14 team play Coolera/Strandhill this Sunday morning, October 5th at 12pm in Ransboro in the A2 Championship semi final. Best of luck to all involved.
