PRO Notes for the 7th March 2016

Peile for the U.12 players takes place every Friday from 7pm to 8pm in Buninnadden Community Centre.  

 

Player Registration will be held on Saturday 12th March in Coolaney Community Centre from 9.45am to 11am and in St.Nathy's Hall from 10.45am to 12 noon. A 5 euro nominal fee applies ( max 20 euro per family ). All youths ( U.18 ) Must be accompanied by a guardian. This is to ensure that everyone is properly insured and that players, coaches and the club are protected in all eventualities. 

 

Training for U.8 players continues every Saturday morning in St. Nathy's Hall from 10am to 10.45am, and Coolaney Community Centre from 11.15am to 12pm. 

 

The senior teams first game in the Kiernan Cup for 2016 is on Saturday 12th Match at 5pm, away against Curry. 

 

The U.16 team play Calry / St. Josephs on Sunday 13th March at 11am, in the first round of the league.

 

It is hoped to have the first lotto draw for 2016 shortly, Please return all sold tickets as soon as possible. 

 

Anyone over 18 that is interested in working on the Kelloggs GAA Cul Camps this year is asked to send their C.V. to liamog.gormley.gm.sligo@gaa.ie by the end of March. Applicants must have completed the following- Foundation Coaching, Garda Vetting and Child protection Course.

 

Commiserations to St Attracta's on their Connacht Final defeat to Summerhill College last Saturday afternoon. We wish Summerhill the best of luck on their quest for All Ireland glory over the coming weeks.
