We extend the sympathy of St. Patricks GAA Club to Majella Needham Curraheen on the recent sudden death of her brother Ger Ryan of Clonoulty. Majellas sons Richard and Eamon have been regular members of St. Patrick’s teams for several years and her husband Bernard served as a juvenile selector. May Ger rest in peace.
We also extend sympathy to the wife, brother and sister of the late Tony Wilson who died last week. Tony was a prominent footballer in his younger days and lined out for St. Patricks in the South Tipperary minor football semi final of 1952 when a star studded Fethard team was victorious. May Tony rest in peace.
We also extend sympathy to the Gahan family on the recent death of Nick Gahan of Ballyhomuck Cloneen. The Gahan family also have a long history of involvement in the GAA and Nick was often a great help to the GAA and many others during his time as caretaker of Cloneen Community Hall. May Nick rest in peace.
