Well the All Ireland is now over so it’s back to the real important business of the Cork Co. Senior Hurling Championship. We’ve played several games in the last few weeks. On last Wednesday night we lost to Douglas at home in the Senior Hurling League, so we remain at 20 points with 2 games to play against Ballinhassig and Glen Rovers. Our Championship tie is just 2 weeks from next Sunday. September 24th in Pairc Uí Chaoimh is the date when we play Erins Own in the quarter final. I saw Erins Own win the All Ireland 7-a-side competition last Saturday and they looked very impressive. We know this will be a huge task and a mighty challenge but then that’s what Senior Club Hurling is all about.
