Annual Dog Night The Clubs Annual Family Fun night at the Dogs was held on Friday last at Newbridge Greyhound Stadium. It was a great night out and the Club would like to thank all those who supported the Event.

Congratulations The Club would like to Congratulate The Earley Family on the occasion of the Late Dermot Earley Snr been selected on the Team of the Eighties. The team will be Honoured in Croke Park on All-Ireland Football Final Day.

20th Anniversary The Club will hold a night to Honour the teams from 1993 (Senior, U/21, Minor and Intermediate Camogie) who all won their respective Championships in that year. This night will be held on Sat the 21st September. This is also an opportunity for anyone that was ever involved in or supported the Club to come out on the Night and meet up with old friends. All-Ireland Final Day The Club will be showing The Big Match on Sunday and it promises to be a great day out. There will be plenty of craic and Food will be available during and after the game.

Pool Tournament The Pool Tournament kicks off again on Thursday nights at 8.30, all are welcome.

Function Rooms There are 3 Function Rooms available in the club which can cater for big and small Functions, Weddings, Christenings, Birthdays, Funerals, etc. Enquiries to Celene (087/7934780) Christy (087/9249884)

Football Well done to the Senior team who beat Confey in the Q/F of the Championship and now play Naas in the Semis. Well done to the U/16s who won the Championship on Saturday last when they beat St. Laurences.

Fixtures Minors will play Kilcock on Friday 20th in Raheens at 19.45. The Juniors will play the Moores in the Replay on Saturday 21st in Newbridge at15.15. The Hurlers play in the semi-Final on Sunday V Ardlough in Sallins at 11.00. Best of luck to all. Please go and support.

Ladies Football Hard luck to the Girls who lost out to maynooth in the Final on Saturday, a great effort put in by all. Football section are now inviting applications for the posts of managers of the ladies football U15, U13 & U11 teams for the upcoming Autumn leagues. The U15 league is scheduled to begin on August 31st, no dates have been set for the start of the U13 or U11 leagues but it is expected that they will commence in September. All management teams must contain at least one female mentor to order to comply with the LGFA code of ethics. All candidates must fill out an official application form which is available from the Ladies Football secretary at ladiessecretarysarsfields@gmail.com or you can contact me (Liam O’Brien) by phone at 085-1560318. If you are interested in any of the above positions or have any questions then please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Skills Academy The Dermot Earley Skills Academy is now in full swing on Saturday mornings and all new members are welcome. Times are as follows: 09.00 – 10.30 boys u8, u9, u10. 10.30 – 11.15 Girls u9, u10. 11.15 – 12.45 Boys u5, u6, u7, girls u5-u8. Looking forward to meeting new Members.

The Club Shop The shop is open every Saturday morning. It is well stocked out with all types of gear both casual and Training. Gum Shields are now available priced at €6
Club Lotto The club would like to thank all those who support the lotto and would like to encourage all its members to participate in the weekly Lotto draw.
