Locallotto.ie

We have a new feature on the locallotto.ie system that will help Sean Treacy’s raise funds more consistently.  This is a recurring payment feature it has two components:

1. It will allow our supporters to simply click a button while they are buying a lotto ticket and in doing so, the lotto ticket will automatically renew at the end of the chosen period – essentially an electronic direct debit scheme.

2. A new report will now appear in our club administration panel.  This new report will give us full details on the status of all of the play slips where our supporters have chosen the auto renew option.

So play online now by logging on to www.locallotto.ie

Insurance/Membership

The Gaelic Athletic Association will shortly begin the production of personalised 2010 membership cards. These cards will contain each member’s name, club, county, and membership type and membership number and will only be issued to 2010 paid up members. The practice where some people pay membership and some do not is unsatisfactory so the few people please meet Ger O’Toole to settle overdue membership- players €50, Students and non players €20 as official GAA membership cards will only be issued to paid up members.

Senior/Intermediate/Junior B Hurling

We played Clonoulty Junior B team at Kilcommon during the week in an exciting game finishing 2-16 to 2-14 in favour of the visitors.

Team K Ryan S Costello Sean Quigley T Keane J Berkery TJ Quigley Tom Ryan P Hickey 0-2 Sean Mullins P Carr 0-6 Sean Kennedy 0-6 S O’Dwyer Sean Hickey James Gough Ger Gilmartin Subs not used M Hanly & Dave Carroll Subs used Eamon Wade, M Carr, Matt Ryan 1-0 and Joe Carey 1-0.

Man of the match Sean Kennedy.

Move of the match Matt Carr gained possession on the twenty one and made a cross field pass to Paudie Carr who sent a bullet towards goal and Matt Ryan rose a green flag from the rebound.

The Combo played the same opposition on Sunday evening ending 3-16 to 0-16 in favour of the reigning West champions. Our never say die attitude as we kept scoring right up to the end was admirable and remember the last time the sides met in Declan Ryans days the margin was fifteen  points after we had overcome the Fox and English Combo in 92. Our attention is focused on the Cashel game on Saturday 19th in the Tipperary Co-Op Super Valu West SHC in S T Park @ 8.00, our last game will be against old rivals Cappa.

Junior A Football

We play in the Rea Clarke Hennessy JFC ‘A’ in Dundrum @ 2.45, Clonoulty/Rossmore v Sean Treacys,

Training continues on Saturday evenings at The Sean Treacy Centre.
