Q: I have already bought for the first Cork match, can I swap or get an additional discount on another purchase?
A: No.
Q: Can I sell the Semi Final tickets that are not on the Offer event at the package price?
A: No.
Q: Is there a terrace version of the Cork offer?
A: No.
Q: Are there concessions on the Cork offer?
A: No.
Q: There is only one ticket for 2 matches, is that enough?
A: Yes – please make sure all customers who purchase the offer are advised to retain the ticket after the first match and re-use it a fortnight later – it will scan in no problem.
Q: I have changed my mind and no longer want to go to the football semi, can I get the €35 back after the hurling?
A: No.
Q: What about Galway minor hurlers and senior hurlers who are playing on different days, do I get a special offer?
A: No. This offer applies for Senior teams only, Cork in this instance.
Q:The Football Semi Finals will attract big numbers, can you not just open the upper tiers now?
A: Upper Tiers will open if and when required and not before. Cork in particular have a very small football following. There is no guarantee the upper tiers will be required at all for any semi final. We will of course keep you up to date on this but please refer to the Traffic Lights for now.
