Clonmore put in a good team performance in Woodside on Wednesday night defeating O’Hanrahan’s by 4 points. Clonmore’s cause was helped in the first half by a great Jordan Kane goal in the 10th minute, 3 neat points from David McCarney and further points from Jordan Walsh, Mark Byrne and Kevin ‘Scratcher’ Walsh to leave the half time score Clonmore 1-6 O’Hanrahan’s 4 points.
The 2nd half was more evenly matched but Clonmore held out for a deserved win thanks to points scored by Colin Doyle, Dale McNamara, Brian Keogh and the lively Dave McCarney.
