19 May: SFL Div 5: Fenagh 8-6 Clonmore 3-10
You might not think it from the scoreline but the Clonmore Juniors played very well in this game and led by 3-9 to 3-5 at the end of the third quarter. Then the floodgates opened and Fenagh scored 5 goals in the last ten minutes. And it could have been worse if it wasn't for a string of point blank saves by Mark A Byrne in goal (pictured). The half-time score was 3-3 to 0-9 to Fenagh.
