SHAVE OR DYE IN RATHCORMAC.
This sat night the 19th of Feb there will be a major fundraising event taking place in O Coileains Bar Rathcormac in aid of the Irish Cancer Society. On the night there will be numerous head shaves including that of well known referee James Bermingham along with others from the locality. Eileen O Brien has also agreed to go under the razor.There will also be a number of people including Messrs. Johnson, O Connor, Hogan, Boyce and Kearney dyeing their hair in a rainbow of different colours.There will be an auction on the night also for a signed Munster jersey, a signed Waterford hurling jersey and also a signed Blackburn Rovers jersey which was worn in their game against Newcastle last Saturday. There will also be a signed O Connor hurley and numerous spot prizes. Sponsorship cards are availabe in Spar and O Coileains with numerous sellers around the neighbouring parishes. All support and donations will be greatly accepted. A huge-turn out on the night would of course add to the event and also help generate funds for this fantastic cause.
