Our annual Club Dinner Dance and Awards Night will take place on Friday the 2nd February so please keep the date free. Planning has already begun and we hope to have another wonderful night. More details coming soon……

Coaches, Committe Members and anyone who is interested in getting involved in the club is asked to attend a meeting with the Club Officers next week. There are four seperate meeting to accomodate all four codes from 7pm -8pm from Monday to Friday next week. Monday:Ladies Football, Tuesday: Camogie, Wednesday: Football and Hurrling on Thurday. Anyone who can't make their own evening is welcome to come along on an y of the other nights as it will be the same issues being discussed each evening. 

The big event this week is the Hurling Awards night which takes place in the Ardilaun Hotel from 7pm this Friday the 12th. We are delighted to have successful Galway hurling manager Micheál Donoghue coming to present the medals to the victorious minor hurlers who won the minor C championship last year and the beaten U15 hurlers who lost out to Padraig Pearses in that epic county final. All club members are welcome to come along and there will be a cup of tea afterwards also.

 

 

Anyone interested in playing 25 (cards). Cards will resume again this Thursday in the kitchen in the Árus from 8.30pm. All welcome.

Ladies Football

The SKGAA Ladies Football Church gate collection will take place in both Salthill and Knocknacarra churches this weekend. Any help would be be appreciated. Contact Donal 0868379480

Nice evening on Sunday at Aras for presentation of medals to U14 Girls football from 2017 Div 2A championships winners and Div 2 League shield winners.

Camogie

U14s resume training this Thursday evening at 6.45 at Arus.

 

Junior training starts back this Saturday at 3pm in Westside astro.

 

Other groups will be resuming over coming weeks.
