Tullamore Court Hotel Offaly Senior Football S/F:

There will be a repeat of last year’s Tullamore Court Hotel Senior Football Championship final following Rhode’s defeat of Shamrocks at O’Connor Park on Saturday, 2nd October.

 
The final – which will be held on Sunday, 10th October – promises to be an exciting decider as Rhode seek revenge for last year’s defeat. Shamrocks got the opening two points, but Rhode then hit back with five in a row. Shamrocks narrowed the gap again but Rhode led by 0-8 to 0-5 at the interval, with Niall McNamee hitting 0-5 (3f) in that period. Shamrocks stayed in touch for the third quarter, but with McNamee and Niall Darby in top form, Rhode progressed through safely.
