The club are delighted to announce the appointment of Emmett McDonnell as U21 manager. Emmet is a teacher in St Mary’s Secondary School and was manager of the successful St Mary’s team that won the All Ireland ‘B’ Colleges title in 2007 and was part of the management team again in 2009 when the school narrowly lost the All Ireland ‘A’ Colleges final.
Colm Cummins and Wayne Mooney will represent Edenderry as selectors. Ballyfore will also appoint their representatives in the coming days.
The first training session for the U21 Panel took place last Saturday night at 7pm in Edenderry.

The draw for the championship and league will take place in O’Connor Park on Tuesday next at the January County Board meeting.
Also the club would like to announce that Peader O’Neill, Kevin Nolan and Shane Connell will be the management team for the junior footballers.
