SHC: We were defeated in the first round of the north championship on Sunday last by Moneygall. See club website for report. Our next game is against Kildangan and this is fixed for Sunday the 2nd May at 5:30pm in Nenagh. We play Thurles Sarsfields this coming weekend in Nenagh in  the County league. Exact details yet to be finalised

MFC: Our minor footballers were defeated by a stronger Burgess team last Wednesday evening in the first round of the championship. We play Roscrea tomorrow (Thurs) evening in the second round and takes place in Roscrea at 6.45.
 
U21C: Our U21C team play Ballinahinch in round two of the championship on Friday evening in Nenagh at 6.45.
 
Defibrillator Course: The defibrillator course will take place in the complex next Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd of April between 7pm and 10pm.
 
Juvenile news

Feile Nenagh Eire Og played against Burgess on Sat. last and won on a score of 4-14 to 1-01. The Semi-final Newport/Ballinahinch is at at 11.00am. on Sat. 17th. April. The Feile final will be played at 1.00pm.
 
Best of luck to Nenagh Eire Og boys, Donnacha Quinn, Killian Gleeson, Barry Heffernan, Michael Collins and James Mackey who are playing with North Tipperary U15 next Sat.17th. in the Regional final which is to be played in Toomevara.
Handball: After a long absence, we completed in the recent 40 x 20 Juvenile Handball championships having recently reformed the club. Great credit is due to Boysie Hogan, Eamon Spillane and Christy Collins for organising and coaching the boys who really enjoyed their introduction to this sport. Shane Hennessy won the North A U13 singles and we had recent success in the North B championships, among the winners were; U15D James Mackey & Michael Collins, U13S Aaron Hogan, U14D Eoin Meagher & John Cahalan. Jack Sheedy, Philip Hickey and Brendan O’Brien also played great handball in these championships and all are looking forward to next Autumn when we would like to see more new members to continue the great handball tradition in Nenagh.
