Best Wishes: Hope all our players, coaches, parents, supporters, volunteers and anyone associated with the club had a happy and peaceful Christmas and wishing everyone a successful 2018.

Club Membership 2018 : Membership fees are now due and can be given to any committee member, team mentor or paid online at www.nenagheireog.com. The fee structure for 2018 is Full Member €50, Student / Unemployed / OAP €30, Family membership A – One adult and multiple u18s €80, Family membership B – Two adults and multiple u18s €100.

 

Bereavement: The club extends its sympathies to the family and friends of Christy Morgan who passed away last week.

 

Club Communications: In today’s ever changing digital world the importance of keeping pace with new communication channels cannot be understated. We are eager to provide supporters of Nenagh Éire Óg with the very best service to keep everyone fully informed of club activities through whatever channels are most appropriate, be it platforms such as club  Website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or the more traditional print media. We are setting up a communications sub-group to share knowledge and workload and if you are interested in getting involved or have an expertise in these areas, email eireognenagh@gmail.com or contact Eanna at 0861275451.

Fun Family Walk: The Nenagh Eire Og club in association with the Tipperary Sports Partnership and the TV program Operation Transformation are hosting a 5k Fun family walk in Nenagh on Saturday January 13th 2018 at 11am sharp. Meeting point is the Complex with registration at 10am and Refreshments will be served.

Senior Hurling team sponsorship: The Nenagh Éire Óg Club are very grateful to Rody Boland’s, Rathmines, who are the current sponsors of the Senior Hurling Team.  Rody Bolands is owned by Nenagh man Kieran O’Meara and his son Brian. Kieran played underage with Nenagh Eire Og, before moving to Dublin. He is also one of the founding members of the Tipperary Supporters Club, and was Chairman when Tipperary won All Irelands in 1989 and 1991. Rody Boland’s is located at 12-14 Upper Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6.

AGM Update: As agreed at this years AGM, there will be a further meeting on Wednesday January 31st to hear motions not ready for the AGM. Motion forms are available from secretary, Anne Kennedy or from notice board in the complex. Forms should be returned to the secretary by January 12th.
