Senior Hurling: Hard luck to our Senior hurlers who lost out to Borris-Iliegh in the Senior North Final on Saturday. The club would like to take this opportunity to thank the players, as well as all those who contributed to the management and training of the team throughout the year. 

Junior Hurling: Our Junior Hurlers play Knockshegowna this Saturday Evening in Cloughjordan at 6:30 p.m in the North Semi-Final.

Under 6: U6s travelled to roscrea Saturday morning for a blitz. The children have been improving steadily over the last number of weeks. Roscrea were wonderful hosts and great fun was had. Training continues Wednesday with another blitz in Newport this Saturday.

Under 8: U8s travelled to Cloughjordan on Saturday morning. We had 4 teams and each played 3 very competitive and very enjoyable games. All the players showed great improvement and, in addition to training, the practicing being done at home is really beginning to show. Thank you to Kilruane for a great morning of hurling.

Under 10: U10's travelled to Puckane last Saturday morning where we played 4 hurling games in total and also got in two football matches.

Football continues on Tuesday evenings and Hurling on Wednesday evening and Saturday mornings

Under 16: Congratulations to our U16 hurlers who had a fantastic win against a strong Roscrea side on Monday evening, running out 1-19 to 1-13 winners in the North Semi-Final. They will play one of Toomevara or Kiladangan in the North Final.
