ADULT

Junior A : Our Junior A hurlers overcame Burgess on Friday on a scoreline of 2-17 to 1-12. We play Borris-Iliegh in Dolla at 7:30 this Saturday.

Minor: The Club's Minor Hurlers are through to the next round of the North Championship, following their impressive 2-13 to 1-15 win over Kilruane MacDonaghs last Wednesday evening.

A huge thanks to Nenagh Celtic Football Club, for their invite to participate in their Annual Fun Day on Saturday, where the club hosted a fun tournament to remember our friends who were taken from us far too early. Nenagh Celtic made us feel very welcome from our arrival and had numerous activities for the young and not so young, in what was a very enjoyable day of sport.

JUVENILE

Under 6: On Saturday we hosted Portroe and Moneygall and a great morning of hurling and football was had by all. We would like to thank both clubs for making the trip and to thank all parents for their help. Again our U6s were the stars and continue to be a credit to the club and their families. Training continues this Wednesday at 5:15pm.

Under 8: U8 challenge matches to be announced on Wednesday, full attendance required.

Under 14: Our U14 hurlers take on Toomevara today Wednesday in the North Quarter final. Throw in at 6:30pm in Toomevara. All support for the lads would be greatly appreciated.

Under 16: Our U16 hurlers had a championship free week, but availed of a a very worthwhile challenge against Burgess on Thursday night last. In a high scoring game, all panel members got good game time. Thanks to Michael Hallinan for taking charge of the whistle on the night. We return to championship action on this Monday night with a home game against Borrisoleigh in Nenagh at 6.30pm. Report next week.

CAMOGIE

Under-10 & Under-12: Both of these teams travelled into Monaleen on Thursday evening last and played against the hosts. Thanks to Monaleen for organising this fixture. Our under-12s were defeated by Silvermines in the opening round of the league and they now face Portroe this week.

Under-14: We face Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams in the first round of the league Monday. Good luck ladies.

Intermediate: We will be passing another milestone in our clubs history this Friday evening in MacDonagh Park at 7pm as we host Silvermines in our very first game at the intermediate championship. These two sides met earlier this year in the league and based on that game this should be a closely fought encounter. The girls have been putting in a massive effort in training under the watchful eyes of Paul Henry and Bertie Sherlock and would really appreciate your support.

Tipperary: Congratulations to the Tipperary minors who won the Munster final last Wednesday defeating Clare. We had four representatives on the panel: Grace O Brien, Ruth Hassett, Hazel McAuliffe and Sarah Quigley. This is the third championship title they have won with the county this year having previously captured the Munster intermediate title and the All Ireland Minor championship. Well done ladies. Hard luck to the intermediates who bowed out of the championship over the weekend. This panel featured the same four girls along with Rachel Maher. Congratulations to the Tipperary under-15 side who won the Munster blitz at the weekend. We were represented by Katie Morris, Maeve Hassett, Lucy Spain and Meaghan Grace
