Camogie news:
The under 10s have been busy over the last 3 weeks playing blitzes in Ballina Kilruane and our home blitz last Sunday. The girls acquitted themselves very well in all blitzes and everyone came away having enjoyed themselves thanks to the generosity of the host clubs. It is activities like these that show the real community spirit of the G.A.A and it is recession proof. Our own blitz  on Saturday attracted teams from Toomevara Burgess Riverstown Kilruane and Newport  and it was well organized with great competition and fun. The Nenagh girls competed well winning all their games. We would like to thank the teams for traveling and the parents for helping with the food. The club would like to extend their condolences to the Browne family on their recent bereavement.
