Seamus O Riain: The quarter final of the Seamus O Riain has been deferred untill after the All-Ireland final and are currently fixed for Sunday the 12th Sept.

 

JAHC: Our junior A team had a comprehensive win over Moneygall in the quarter final of the championship last Friday evening. Final score was 4-16 to 1-06. We now play Kilruane in the semi final and this game takes place in Saturday week.

 

JCHC: Our junior C’s made it two wins from two with a win over Shannon Rovers last Thursday evening. Final score was Eire Og 2-13 Shannon Rovers 2-04.

 

MHC: Our minor hurlers made it through to the semi final of the championship after a fine win over Toomevara last Wednesday evening in Nenagh. Final score: Eire Og 2-15 Toomevara 1-07. We play Kilruane on Sunday next in the semi final and this game is fixed for Dolla at 4.45pm.

 

JAFC: We played Shannon Rovers in the junior championship this evening and our winning strak continued when we had a 2 point victory. We now play the Silvermines in teh next round.

Over 40’s hurling: The final of the Over 40’s took place on Thurs August 19th. After a tense affair Fr Tom Seymour’s team overcame Billy Flannery’s team on a scoreline of 12 goals to 8. This is two in a row for Father Tom. Thanks to all the players that participated over the last few weeks and to Conor O Donovan for organising this years tournament again.
