SHC: Our senior hurlers bowed of of this years North championship after losing to Kilruane on Friday evening last. Final Score Eire Og 1-12 Kilruane 2-15. Our attention now turns to the Seamus O Riain Cup and this will take place in the next few weeks depending on Tipperary’s progress in the All-Ireland series.
 
JHCL: Our Junior C’s play Knockshegowna in the league semi final on Sunday. Check North Board fixtures for details.
 
Tipperary Clubs Draw: The club hosted the Tipperary clubs June draw last Friday night in the Hibernian Inn. The local prize winners from the first round draw, Barry O Brien (Land cruiser or €50,000 cash) and Jack Ryan (car or €12,000 cash) were presented with their prizes on the night.

Camogie News
We would like to start off by wishing everyone that is sitting exams the very best of luck.
  • The under 10s took part in the Go Games organized by the county board in Thurles on Sunday. The girls adapted to the new rules and played very well. It was a most enjoyable day out for children parents and trainers.
  • The Nenagh trials for the Puc Fada were held in Nenagh on Friday with the result being Rachel Maher Alanna Morrris Catherine Sheridan and the top two going forward to represent the club in Tullamore at a future date
  •  We would like to congratulate St Marys Primary School on winning both the u11a and u13a Primary Schools County Finals in Semple Stadium last week. The u 13s and the u 11s had to dig deep against two teams from Cahir and the captains  Rachel Maher ( u 13s) Maeve Coffey ( u 11s) were delighted to lift the winning trophies on behalf of their school. A special thanks to Peader, Suzanne and Tommy for all the hard work in coaching the teams.
