Does Clubforce handle reminders for membership registrations?
Yes, you can turn on the automatic reminders which will be emailed to all of your membership base when you turn them on for both membership and fundraising activities.
Is there one place where I can get a view of all my members?
Yes! With Clubforce you get an overview of your membership and volunteer-base. Instantly report on membership status, the number of volunteers available for the season ahead, who has relevant coaching badges, First-Aid training and police vetting.
Will Clubforce make sure all payments are in?
Clubforce automatically tracks all payments so there’s no reconciliation. If a payment fails, for example for insufficent funds, Clubforce automatically communicates with your member and retries the payments. After three retries the payment is marked in arrears and the member is provided with instructions on how to pay this. With this system in place, clubs find their payment collection rates are boosted to close to 100%!
How are payments processed?
Clubforce partners with Stripe to provide secure PCI-compliant payments – all costs of payments processing are included in our fees so there’s no hidden costs. Funds are automatically transferred to your club’s bank account on a regular basis with a full set of reports to provide any required audit trail.
