Nicole Fowley

Nicole Fowley is a Digital Marketer at Clubforce, she formally worked as Club Community Rugby Officer at Connacht Rugby. She has been capped 8 times for Irish Women’s Rugby team, winning her first cap in the November series in 2016. Sligo born and now living in Galway, she started her rugby career with Sligo RFC and now plays with Galwegians RFC. Nicole also played soccer for Castlebar Celtic in the Women’s National League and Gaelic football for Sligo LGFA. Having played rugby for Ireland gives Nicole a voice with huge sporting wisdom and reach which she uses fearlessly to champion female visibility and equality in Sport.

Tomas Jakeman

Tomas Jakeman is a Business Development Executive and worked at Paddy Power before joining the Clubforce Commercial Team. He has always had a big interest in a wide range of sports including GAA, horse-racing, golf and boxing, both as a participant and as a spectator. Tomas believes strongly in the positive impact of Sport on the wider community and is keen to promote health and well-being through Sport. Tomas has a degree in Business and Marketing from GMIT and is a member of Clarinbridge GAA Club.

Rachel Kavanagh

Rachel is the Chief Marketing Officer at Clubforce. She is passionate about marketing, technology and building brands. Rachel has driven digital transformation initiatives in large multinationals across Europe as well as being a key contributor in high growth start-ups. She has consulted some of the world’s largest brands on marketing strategy and automation. Rachel has a Computer Science degree from the University of Limerick and an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona.

Business Development Consultant at Clubforce

Ian Morris

Ian works as a Business Development Consultant with Clubforce and is the current manager of Airtricity Premier Division side Shelbourne FC, having guided Shels to promotion winning the First Division title in his first season in charge at Tolka Park. He has represented Ireland at all age grades from U15 to U21 and during a 13-year playing career won two league titles and three promotions in England before stints in Irish League and League of Ireland football.
As a coach, Ian has attained UEFA A, UEFA B and UEFA Elite Youth A licences and is currently a UEFA PRO Licence candidate. He has coached at academies at Torquay United FC, Northampton Town FC, coached League of Ireland U19s in UEFA Youth League qualification rounds and worked as a Youth Development Officer at Bohemian FC. Ian is also a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and has been a regular guest speaker at FAI coach education seminars.
