As part of the new season, we are updating our payment processor to Stripe and so require some additional documents to verify the identity of an authorised representative of the club.

Your authorised representative details

Each club on Clubforce will be provided with a connected Stripe account, allowing you to receive payouts directly into your bank account.

In order to set this up, we require contact details and proof of identity for an authorized representative.

Please note that all information provided (including address and date of birth) must match the details on your identity documents; otherwise, our payment processor may reject the details.

Even if you already have a Stripe account elsewhere, a new one will be needed to integrate with our system.

Please provide both a clear scan of the photo page of a passport or front and back of the driving licence for the authorised representative. All scans must be in colour and details of the identity document must be clearly visible (no shadows or reflections).

When a member is signing up they will be asked some standard questions, however, clubs can choose to include additional drop-downs and/or free text questions if you wish. Please enter n/a if you don’t wish to ask anything.

Do you require any discounts to be applied automatically?(Required)

Our platform can apply discounts automatically if a person is purchasing multiple plans (e.g. for multiple junior memberships) or can also create bundles containing multiple membership types at a reduced price. Please enter n/a if you do not wish to apply these.

When would you like the automated reminder email (ARM) sent to start sending to last year's members?(Required)

We highly recommend setting an automatic email reminder to last season’s members. This will be sent out automatically on the date you choose and on the frequency you’d like.
