“Since continuing our online lotto through the pandemic, we have noticed dramatic improvements to our revenue. The 3 for €5 was introduced at the start of May and as a result we have managed to convert most of our offline players to online. We have exceeded last year’s revenue by a long way already and we are only going into June.

“We decided to continue running our online lotto through these difficult times and it has proven to be a huge success. I think the fact that we can offer the 3 lines for €5 now, has definitely been a game-changer. I suppose people feel they have a better chance of winning if they get three attempts for the cost of only a fiver. This has had a big influence on the volume of tickets sold, in the last two months we have averaged 360 tickets. This was an amazing increase as for the months of December, January and February we were only averaging 20 tickets.

“Our Jackpot is currently at €16,800 and that has to tempt people to play. We have also done quite a lot of work in terms of awareness, putting up posters in shops which lets people know they can support their club online. We have been very active on social media and that has helped with doing our live draw.
